That pull towards your music. The songs in your head. The melodies you hum in the car. The lyrics you scribble on your phone at 11pm. You know you have something to say. You just don't know how to get it out of your head and into the world. You may have thought...
"I've watched hundreds of YouTube tutorials and I'm more confused than when I started."The overwhelm is real. Every video contradicts the last one, and none of them tell you what to do first.
"I open my DAW and just... stare at it."The blinking cursor. The empty arrangement. The feeling that everyone else knows something you don't.
"I have dozens of unfinished songs."You start strong, lose momentum, get stuck on the technical bits, and another idea joins the graveyard of "almost" songs.
"Am I too late? Is this even realistic for me?"You see 22-year-olds producing hits on TikTok and wonder if you've missed your window. You haven't.
This isn't a you problem. It's a guidance problem. And it's exactly what Master Your Music was built to solve.
Master Your Music takes you from wherever you are right now to confidently producing your own music. Here's what that journey looks like:

"Now that I have completed the Master Your Music program, I am confident using Ableton and actually producing my own demos. Producing is fun now!! I have also been able to build tracks for my live shows, and I am much more equipped to record my own vocals."
"I now believe in myself and my abilities to create music. The knowledge I have gained from creating beats to mixing has been amazing. MPW has given me the confidence to believe that I am a producer."
"This program gave me the confidence to trust in my abilities and meet like-minded women who support each other. I had tried learning from YouTube but it wasn't making sense. Xylo, Carmel and Lilian were very helpful and patient. It is truly the best thing to happen to me in my music journey."
"The most important thing is the genuine, pure and trustful learning space they create throughout the programme. My confidence has increased and my belief in myself too. I would highly recommend this to anyone, regardless of your experience."

MPW exists to encourage and empower women and gender-diverse creators who are taking their first steps into music production, providing a space that is supportive, structured, and free from gatekeeping.
Into its inception in 2019, MPW has run free Intro to Music Production workshops to over 10,000 people across the globe, partnered with world-leading brands including Ableton, Focusrite, and Abbey Road Studios, and built a podcast with over 45,000 listens.

Master Your Music includes everything as standard: weekly masterclasses, the recording library, your foundations course, a Fast Start Strategy Session, Discord community access, weekly Tech Support calls, weekly Feedback Fridays, and monthly group coaching with Xylo Aria during the 12-month production training phase. The optional Mentorship Package adds a dedicated production mentor for the year, monthly one-to-one sessions, professional track feedback, monthly goal accountability check-ins, and hands-on help finishing your songs, along with the 3-Song Guarantee. If you're unsure whether Mentorship is right for you, we'll work through it together in your interview.
Not at all. Master Your Music is designed for beginners and early-intermediate producers. You'll get access to our Intro to Music Production course from day one, giving you six months to build your foundations before the main program begins. Most of our students started exactly where you are now.
Yes. We ask for a minimum of 4 hours per week, which includes attending the weekly masterclass. Many of our students are balancing careers, families, and study. The program is designed for real life, not an ideal one.
Master Your Music is fully compatible with both Ableton Live and Logic Pro. All students also receive a free copy of Ableton Live Intro when they join. If you already use Logic Pro or another DAW, the production principles taught throughout the program translate directly to your setup.
Every masterclass is recorded and available on your Members' portal within 24 hours. Life happens, and we've built the program to be flexible. That said, the live sessions are where the real momentum builds, so we encourage you to attend as many as possible.
You'll receive a confirmation email straight away. When the next intake opens, you'll be among the first to be contacted with all the details and the opportunity to book your interview before places are made available to the public.
No. Joining the waitlist is completely free and there is no obligation to enrol when the next intake opens. It simply means you'll hear from us first and have the best chance of securing one of the limited places.
MPW was created to empower more women in music production and to help address the gender imbalance in the industry. That said, we welcome anyone who wants to learn with us in a warm, encouraging, and supportive environment. What matters most is that you're ready to show up, make music, and be part of a community that lifts each other up.
Yes, absolutely, and this is something we will be actively working through with you. If you attend the weekly masterclasses, set aside four hours of practice each week, and meet with your mentor monthly as part of the Mentorship Package, completing three songs over the course of the 12-month program is a very realistic and achievable goal. The program is structured specifically to build your skills progressively so that finishing songs becomes a natural outcome of showing up consistently. One thing worth noting: Master Your Music focuses on music production rather than songwriting, so we do assume that students come in with a basic level of songwriting knowledge. Our work together will be on helping you produce, arrange, and realise those ideas fully.
Enrolments fill up quickly and places are always limited. Joining the waitlist is free, takes thirty seconds, and means you'll be first through the door when the next intake opens.
